Dreamz Two Reality Basketball is more than a program — it's a pathway. From the first dribble to the college signing, we walk every step with our athletes.

Since 2022, Dreamz Two Reality Basketball has helped over 100 high school athletes secure scholarships from Division I, Division II, and Junior College programs.

We run elite camps, host national-caliber All-American showcase events, and provide college recruiting support that gets our kids seen by the coaches who matter. Every practice, every event, every highlight is an investment in the next generation of leaders.

We believe basketball is more than a game — it's a vehicle for opportunity, growth, and transformation. Whether you're a young baller just discovering the game or a senior preparing for college, there's a place for you in the DTRB family.

Founder · Head Coach · Recruiting Director

I'm Roy Jackson Jr., and it is my honor to introduce myself — hailing from Flint, Michigan. During my high school years at Flint Hamady High School, I played varsity basketball for four years under Coach Archie Robinson. I was ranked among the top 10 point guards in Michigan by various basketball websites in the class of 2010.

After high school, I attended Grand Rapids Community College, where my team achieved a top 10 national ranking and reached Nationals in my sophomore year. I was recognized as one of the top 100 junior college basketball players in the class of 2012. I then played professionally for 7 years overseas in Italy, Spain, Croatia, Qatar, and Mexico.

In 2019, I founded Dreamz Two Reality Basketball with one objective — guiding student-athletes toward their full potential. Since then, DTRB has helped over 100 high school athletes secure scholarships from D1, D2, and Junior College programs. I've built direct relationships with over 150 college coaches. My primary aspiration is to guide young athletes in realizing their dreams — that's the driving force behind everything I do.
